- 01We have successfully advocated for the removal of station managers and supervisors from the workroom floor. We will not tolerate the disrespect and or threats of our members while enhancing the workplace environment. We have trained and skilled advocates ready to pursue these violations at every level of the grievance-arbitration process to put a stop to workplace violence. We created a JSOV worksheet to help members document key information that will be helpful in the grievance process.
- 02Letter Carriers are facing so much crime while out on their routes. When something happens and the NALC becomes aware we want our members to be aware of this information ASAP. We have implemented a text alert system to quickly (in real time) notify our members with descriptive information about nearby criminal activities to bring awareness and improve safety and protect the lives of our members. Carriers YOU are the #1 Delivery!!!!!
